Traditional gummy products are manufactured by depositing into a starch mold. The CREED line of Oiling Agents have been specially formulated to ensure the optimal effectiveness at a low usage level. Specialized manufacturing allows for these products to be used at room temperature without the need for heating. They incorporate various oils and waxes to optimize the gloss and antisticking properties of the pieces.

The CREED Oiling Agents can be utilized in either an oiling drum or conventional pan. Gummies that are used as supplements or to carry other active ingredients, are produced using a “starchless” system, where the gummies are formed using plastic, silicon, or other similar molds. These molds require a special Release Agent to ensure that the pieces properly release from the molds after curing and minimize the scrap. The CREED products utilize ingredients that meet the labeling requirements of today’s scrutinizing consumer. Our developmental labs have the capabilities to customize formulations and perform application testing.

Glazing Agents

CREED® seal glaze agents create a brilliant gloss and barrier coat on chocolate dragées and have a crucial influence on how the flavor is first experienced in the mouth. They improve the dragées’ resistance to fluctuations in temperature and humidity.

Ready-to-use CREED®  glaze. We stock a 10% and 15% solution and produce different solids percentage by request. Ideal for customers who wish to jump into testing or prefer to have a ready to use product. Forms a clear coating which protects against water vapor, fat, oxygen and works as a natural anti-microbial. A thin, 5-10 micron coating, delivers all the needed benefits

Polishing Agents

CREED® dipping baths provide an mesmerising shiny effect and optimum anti-sticking agent coats toyour liqorice or fruit string products’ surface with an extremely thin layer.

Anti-sticking and shine

For extruded licorice products and fruit strings CREED® dipping bath solutions ensure gloss, protection and anti-sticking. The special vegetable oils and/or fats they contain ensure that the strings retain their properties and have an attractive gloss. Waxes or emulsifiers enhance the anti-sticking effect as well as the shine. The ingredients are dissolved in pure alcohol or isopropanol or any other suitable solvent for easy direct application. These liquid dipping baths are convenient and ready for immediate use. For extra shine and protection of your extruded products, we also offer dipping baths with shellac.

CREED® dipping bath applications are suitable for all types of licorice and fruit gum strings and ribbons and can be used either as a classic bath or in spraying devices.

We also offer dipping baths that meet the dietary requirements for kosher or halal products, as well as vegetarian and vegan solutions.
